I have been to Waterfront Computers on several occasions when I was frustrated trying to get things to work. Every time I went there they solved my problem quickly and competently. I give them 5plus stars for knowledge and skills and competence; but, very importantly, for the quality of customer service one receives at Waterfront Computers. They listen patiently with an open mind, resolve the issue, and then they take the time to explain what they did or installed, and how the customer should then proceed. All this for a very reasonable price!
I am very happy to have found this company.

I have dealt with most other tech companies in this area; some were terrible; others were good. When I was finally introduced to Waterfront Computer Co./Compu-Clone Solutions and the staff, I was amazed at the difference. I recommend this company and staff above all others, hands down.

I recently bought a rebuilt computer at Waterfront Computer and I'm very happy with my purchase. It came with a new keyboard and mouse. It has Windows 11, a security program, a LibreOffice writing program and probably other features I haven't gotten around to using yet. It certainly is a lot faster than my old computer and had numerous USB ports which made setup very easy.

I found the staff to be very informative and friendly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Shortly after moving here from Toronto my computer crashed and a friend referred me to Waterfront Computer . I was very glad he did as Glen was not only able to fix the problem but he went on to correct coding errors with my website and a number of other glitches that came up. If you have any issues with your computer don’t hesitate to contact him.

Excellent customer service. Quick information on getting devices repaired & or photos retreated. I lost all my photos from 1998 on a external hard drive but thanks to the Waterfront Computer Co I managed to get alot of them back. I highly recommend them and great full for there service.

Glen and Noah were great to deal with while I was getting my laptop fixed! When I had an issue with the screen not turning on, they were happy to take a look at it. If I ever need more services done I will be going back to Waterfront Computers
