Our “Free Shipping” promotion (when offered) requires a minimum pre-tax purchase of $300 and is limited to Canadian addresses. Please note that an additional delivery charge may be applied for destinations in YK, NT, NU, and in remote Canadian postal codes. Customers in these areas will be notified of any additional delivery charge prior to shipping and will have the option to cancel their order.

In store pickup – FREE

All products purchased on-line from our website are available for in-store pickup during regular business hours. Please allow 2 hours for staff to prepare your order for pickup.

National Carriers

All customers have the option to choose delivery by a national carrier. Our system automatically picks the best option based on delivery time and price. Our available carriers are Canada Post, CanPar, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping price and estimated delivery time will be shown in your cart and is based on your postal code.


If you selected a national carrier as your delivery method, you will receive a tracking number and link in your email.


All our shipments include insurance for the full amount of the item(s) purchased.


All returns require a valid RMA number. Instructions for return shipping will be provided on case-by-case basis and will be provided if/when an RMA number issued. We are not responsible for items returned to us without a valid RMA number. Please email to request an RMA.
