Returns

Gift Cards are not returnable or redeemable for cash. Consumables such as batteries, ink, and toner cannot be returned for any reason. All other items are subject to the following:

Refunds

Generally, we do not provide refunds. However, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in the form of a store credit.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange for replacement any product found to be defective within 14 days of purchase. If an identical replacement is no longer available we will offer a similar item of equal or greater value. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the original purchase.

Packaging

Please be careful when unboxing your purchase and keep all packaging in new condition for at least 14 days. Items returned with damaged or missing packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranties

All items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Unless otherwise noted on the sales receipt, all refurbished/re-certified products include a 1 year “repair-first” warranty courtesy of Waterfront Computer Company. Any product found to defective will be repaired at no cost by a Waterfront Computer Company technician. If the item cannot be repaired it will be replaced with an item of similar or better specification.

RMA

You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning a product for refund, exchange, or warranty repair. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. To request an RMA please complete the form below:

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning goods. Instructions will be provided with your RMA number. Waterfront Computer Co. will pay for shipping the repaired/replaced item back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
