For computers with physical damage due to droppage, impact, or material fatigue, we will not glue broken bits back together. We will source the necessary replacement parts from our suppliers.
We will not install or support pirated, hacked, or illegally copied software. We will help you find a suitable, legitimate alternative.
We will not unlock or remove passwords from devices without written consent from the device owner.
